Chef Alicia focuses on preparing international cuisine, with Asian and Caribbean fusion; Use fresh, local and excellent quality products.  Carolina, the dedicated and charismatic host, attentive to every detail.  Christoph is a first officer and engineer, he is versatile and takes care of machines and equipment.  Language spoken on board are English, Spanish, Portuguese and German.
